A bit about you…
Martin Luti the owner of Lutis Artisan food has been working in the catering industry for over 25 years working in some of the best restaurants and hotels that the UK has to offer, He has been shortlisted for Scottish Chef of the year and his restaurant was also nominated for restaurant of the year at the Scottish chefs awards, He then moved onto lecturing for 10 years at various colleges in Scotland teaching professional cookery and event management.Lutis artisan food has been in business for four years now and the street food side of the operation provides artisan pizzas and Bar buns.
