Stag Bites The Hog specialise in all types of slow cooked meats, beef, venison, lamb, boar, pork, chicken and duck! We serve up the meats in all sorts of cool and quirky ways and are constantly evolving our menu around the street food of the world.

Dishes like a hybrid version of a ham and venison Cuban toastie, pork Banh Mi, slow cooked chicken burger with crispy chicken skin & buffalo blue cheese sauce, ox cheek fritters with sesame seed and soya dip and our take on a lamb Panino Fritto (fried sandwich)!????

We run our set up from an Orange 1973 Citroen H Van we affectionately named Ronnie. He certainly has a way of catching the eye at events! ??

We cover the central belt of Scotland from coast to coast, Ronnie’s an old boy and with a top speed of 48mph we normally have to set off a couple of hours early to events. Its always entertaining though we love being out on the open road, getting to visit so many cool places.?
